I would like to express again how pleased I am with your firms professionalism from our introductory and subsequent design meetings with you, Melvin’s assistance in permitting and setting up the schedule and the work of Elmer and the crew in completing the task. I was impressed with the flow of work from the crew in that each member had their responsibilities defined and there was no lack of coordination or wasted effort. The inspector came yesterday and he was also very impressed with your work. He said that the house lag bolt attachments were probably more than he would expect (so much so that he said the lateral connections in the permit were now not required). I advised him that the crews do every installation in the same manner.
