This project involved building a new deck with corner steps and an a-frame roof. By installing black rails around the deck, we created an additional enclosed and comfortable space at the back of the house where our clients can relax and watch TV in the fresh air. With a roof to shelter them from the rain and a ceiling fan to keep them cool in the summer, this family will get plenty of use out of this new home addition!
