Yes, I am VERY happy with our new deck, and very impressed with your company. Everyone I dealt with has been very professional, friendly, and helpful; every step of the process was unusually smooth and stress free – it has been a pleasure having you build our deck!

A few specific things that stand out:

– The onsite crew was simply outstanding. They were very professional. Polite and friendly. Knowledgeable. Very hard working. Precise and meticulous in their work. Patient and thorough in answering my questions. 

– Quality of materials and construction is top notch. I have enough construction experience to know that you built us a really nice deck. And then when the inspector for the township looked at it, he commented that this is the highest quality deck construction he’s seen in quite a while. That was nice to hear.    

– I never saw a single piece of trash or waste, everything was neat and clean at all times.  

– All the information you provided was very helpful – your website, brochure, warranty info, answered questions, email communications during the process.

– Three days (on site) to build a large deck, WOW!

So yes, I am VERY happy with our new deck!
