We apologize for the timing of this long overdue note to you and your Company. We just wanted to thank you for the excellent job you and your fine employees did on our deck this past year. It turned out exactly as we had envisioned and we got to enjoy many hours of pleasure in the great outdoors!
From the moment you came to our house, we knew your Company was the one that was going to do the job. You were informative, concise and definitely a pleasure to deal with. We were given an approximate date for installation and you came in early with that date – needless to say, we were thrilled.
