Thanks for your note. Yes, the space certainly did work out just as I had imagined. We absolutely LOVE it! Elmer and his crew work amazingly efficiently and were as courteous as ever. We were on the deck yesterday with neighbors and the solar shades are providing just what we wanted – privacy and shade from the afternoon/early evening sun. We may be contacting you for a storage box – we talked with Elmer briefly about this. But we want to live in the space first to see what we would need.
