Just wanted to say how incredibly appreciative we are of the effort you went to “fixing” the small nick. The craftsmanship and pride you and Ray, and the rest of the crew have displayed is bar none. Many contractors would balk at fixing such a “small” issue. You obviously take pride in the work done and want to ensure complete satisfaction. I had no idea that the entire railing would need to be replaced. So, thank you. Thank you for going the extra mile!
As I mentioned before, we have been asked repeatedly, “who did you deck? Wow, it’s amazing”. I hope that this leads to tons of referrals J. I know we are exceedingly happy customers!!
Now we just need some warmer temps and sunshine to truly begin enjoying the deck!
