Working with Decks R Us has been a pleasure from start to finish. The Sales team’s visit and prep of the project scope and estimate got us off to a great start. Follow up from the permit team and then you to get the project ready to start was excellent. The construction team stole the show. We marveled at their skill, efficiency and work ethic. They were also polite and respectful at all times. 

We are also quite pleased with your warranty of craftsmanship. It reminds us of the handshake deals common in year’s past. We fully trust your firms intent to honor the warranty.
